Volunteers accomplish a variety of tasks including pathways maintenance, litter patrol of the garden perimeter, weeding, irrigation system expansion/repairs, pruning, and plantings. Volunteers should bring work gloves, a hat, drinking water, and tools related to the above activities. In 1989, a small group walking tour of the downtown area began being led by highly knowledgeable volunteer docents. These Saturday tours focused on architectural styles, significant and historic buildings, aesthetics, past and present building usage, and landscape history. To this day, tours are available every Saturday and Sunday at 10 am led by our dedicated and knowledgeable group of volunteer docents. NatureTrack's Family Days field trips (https://naturetrack.org/news-events/) are for parents, grandparents and children to enjoy nature games and activities together. This 2-day workshop will cover the art and skill of practicing and teaching Restorative Yoga. Life is challenging. Restorative Yoga teaches us the fine art of deep relaxation, allowing us much some needed time for self care so we will in turn be more adept at handling the challenges that life hands us.
